The North American Ibis Alchemical Company was run by Ben Van Meter and personnel included Roger Hillyard, Bruce Conner, Bob Comings, Lenny Silverberg, Ernie Palomino, Howard Fox and Marc Maxman (who later left to form Aerial Transit).
The North American Ibis Alchemical Company did shows at the Trips Festivals, then later at The Fillmore and Avalon Ballrooms.
The North American Ibis Alchemical Company folded in 1968 and their kit was sold off, Brotherhood Of Light buying 12 carousels off of Ben.
