About this poster
I’m a long-time reggae music lover and one thing I’ve always found particularly interesting is the Soundsystem culture and tradition of reggae. As a musician myself, I also love the aesthetic of musical equipment and gear so I often try to work it into my art when I can. So I wanted to tie my love of those things in with the Dirty Heads octopus identity and there’s also a nod to the venue’s architecture in the bottom of the subs.
